CHARACTER CREATION

Character Vitals
Keep in mind you are only allowed three characters to create and that you may only have one start as a Jounin. The three characters can interact with each other but may not exchange items or teach each other jutsus. If you have more than three, you MUST delete one. If one of your characters reach level 100, you are allowed a forth genin.
First off, fill out the registration form, we’ll start of with things that aren’t statistical, like your character height and description. For your clan, you can either choose from a current clan, make your own clan, or just not have one at all (see clan page for details.)

Stat amounts
The stats is what sets the guidelines for how you character should respond when RPing. There are five distinctive stats a character has:

Stamina: determines how long your character lasts in battle and the general amount of chakra he/she has to use. Large sums of stamina means more jutsus can be used without being tired, or simply being able to take more damage.
Speed: determines how successful your character may dodge an attack, or be able to move in general. High speeds mean you can dodge obvious attacks more often and be able to move quickly
Power: determines the physical strength attacks of your character. High power means you character hits a harder and can possibly break a few things if he/she really tried. Note: this does not determine jutsu power… the jutsu ranking determines jutsu power.
Intelligence: determines how fast your character reacts to certain situations and the successfulness of tactics, it makes them able to spot Genjutsus and disguises, as well as the chances of realizing a surprise attack. High intelligence comes with a higher chance of successful counters and surprise attacks. It also determines how long a genjutsu usually lasts.
Hand Seals: determines the speed of ninjutsu casting. The higher the handseals are, the less likely the opponent would have a chance to dodge, or the more likely you are able to perform ninjutsu in dire situations

You have a certain amount of stat points to start of with:
Genin start with 10 points at level 0
Chunnin start with 30 at level 20
Special Jounin start with 50 at level 40
Jounin start with 70 at level 60
Kage’s start with 100 at level 90 (only mods can start as kages)

Starting Jutsu Amount
These points are only used to determine which jutsus you start off with. (The elemental jutsus you can learn are limited to your affinity)

First of all each rank has a certain amount of points required to be able to start with it.

Genin Start with 3 points
Chuunin Start with 11 points
Special Jounin Start with 24 points
Jounin Start with 42 points
Kage start with 65 points

However, starting in a clan has a penalty of two of your allotted starting jutsu points.

D Rank = 1 pt
C Rank = 2 pts
B Rank = 3 pts
A Rank = 4 pts
S Rank = 5 pts

All Characters get the following Jutsus with no cost
• Bunshin no Jutsu = Clone Technique
• Kawarimi no Jutsu = Change of Body Stance Technique
• Henge no Jutsu = Transformation Technique
• Cloak of Invisibility
• Rope Escape Technique

Starting Skill Points
These points are put into skills that can unlock achievements, which give you special abilities. Skills are listed here.
Genins start with 3 Skill points at level 0
Chunnin start with 7 Skill points at level 20
Special Jounin start with 11 Skill points at level 40
Jounin start with 15 Skill points at level 60
Kage’s start with 21 Skill points at level 90

Academy Students
You can also start as an Academy student but note that the words you build up only count towards graduating and once you become a genin, your word count starts at zero. The bonuses to becoming a academy student are listed at the bottom which include extra starting skill and tree points.

Starting Points
Academy Students start at level 0 with 0 stat points in all categories. Gain 20 stat points per E – Rank jutsu they learn, eventually leading to 100 stat points and Genin level. During all this time they can not level up until graduating.
Furthermore, the have no points for jutsu, for the tree, and for skills.

Requirements of an Academy Student
• Learn 5 E-Rank Techniques before Graduating.
• Each jutsu learned counts as one year, so you’ll start at 7 and graduate at 12.
• Each jutsu costs 525 words to learn. 350 for student, 175 for teacher (word count split if multiple teachers)
• Jutsu must be taught by an academy teacher, meaning they have to actually be there in order for you to start learning a technique. Teacher just has to finish their WC before the student. Teacher does not have to teach the move specifically, their WC refers to everyone. Meaning after they get their WC, everyone their can learn the technique. Only because they’ll be teaching multiple people at once on a regular basis. If no teacher is available, mods can give you permission to use an NPC.

Gains on Graduation
• On Graduating they get acheivement of D-Rank Ninja and get one bonus tree point (Note: That means bonus tree points of other ranks of ninjas gets added by one)
• On Graduating They get 3 skill points.
• On Graduating they get 3 jutsu points
• On Graduating they get 6 tree points (not including the extra given by D-rank Ninja)
• Academy Teacher earns 2500 ryo per each student who graduates (money split if multiple teachers)
